When it is over hair will go into the second phase called "catagen". During this phase hair will stop growing. The final phase, "telogen" is where the hair will fall out. All of these phases are perfectly normal and occur in perfectly healthy people.

People who suffer from hair loss or just thin or slow-growing hair will often try to find ways to make it grow faster. While there are no miracle solutions there are a few things to can do to make your hair as healthy as possible.

First you should avoid washing your hair too often. Also, stay away from chemical shampoos and try to use natural ones. Make sure to eat a healthy diet that contains all the vitamins your hair needs in order to grow. If you have trouble getting all the necessary nutrients from your diets you could try taking supplements.
